With Guided Workflows turned off, the user enters new contact or new policy information directly without guidance. If the user prefers, he/she can turn it “Off”. This feature is set to “On” by default for each new user. Guided Workflows A Guided Workflow is a step-by-step process that will “walk” you through adding a new contact or policy record.
